Flor Malvés is a white wine produced by Finca Collado with Malvasía grapes in the D.O.P. Alicante.
Flor Malvés is a white wine made from Malvasía grapes, the result of years of research and work, the first of a new collection called Vinos Ancestrales. In this wine they have tried to recreate the dry white wines that were made in the past, adapting them to our times but being as faithful as possible to the ancestral way of making that in a way they have had to rediscover.
Flor Malvés is a very dry white wine with a silky mouthfeel that makes it a very gastronomic wine.
VISUAL: It has a pale colour, but with a golden hue and a density that can be perceived by lightly moving the glass.
NOSE: Predominant aromas from ageing on the lees (pastries, pastries, a touch of apple pie), very similar to the aromas found in sparkling wines aged in the bottle using the traditional method.
MOUTH: In the mouth it is a wine with great volume and very dry, with an enormous gastronomic potential.
