What about our flours made in our mill?
Our flours are obtained from the manufacture of oils.
At the bottom of the press after oil extraction, a large block of partially deoiled paste will remain. This, better known as 'cake', will be broken up, crushed and then sieved.

It's after its passage through the sieve that we get our walnut, hazelnut and almond flours!
Ideal in plain yoghurt, on pancakes, in desserts and other sweet culinary preparations
Using them is fine, but how do you store them?
Before opening, don't panic, you've got 18 months. After opening, it should be kept in a dry, temperate place.
