Soft cheese, similar to Camembert, with a very neat presentation: it comes wrapped in thick paper and is kept inside a pretty wooden box
Very creamy and melting cheese made with only pasteurized cow's milk. Unpressed soft paste.
Its flavour is mild, more pronounced as it matures.
In its intense aroma we also find that touch of dried fruits and mushrooms
Its colour is soft yellow and its thin rind is whitish due to the natural ripening process and penicilium candidum.
Its approximate weight is 250 grams aprox.
Stored chilled between 3 and 6 degrees.
Stand cold between 3 and 6 degrees
To enjoy its best flavour, take it out of the packaging and the fridge a while before consuming it. The time needed to obtain its optimum temperature is less than the cheeses with more maturation.
Try it with crusty bread, fruits and nuts. We recommend a Brut cider, or a natural cider from Asturias
