The Markina Pepper, like the Gernika Pepper, is a native variety of pepper produced in the Basque Country and is characterized by its small length, narrow and elongated stem, and intermediate green color. Some of the most notable qualities are its thin flesh and smooth skin, which is not noticeable to the palate.
Short description: The mild, crunchy green pepper.
Tasting: Without defrosting, heat in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. They become crunchier if fried again for a minute. Never refreeze a defrosted product.
