Cook before consuming. In a pot: 17 min 1. Boil approx. 2L of water. 2. Add the stew without thawing. 3. When it boils again, cook for 17 min. In a pressure cooker: 5-6 min 1. Add the stew without thawing and cover with approx. 2L of water. 2. When the valve turns, cook between 5-6 min. 3. Remove from heat, remove the valve and wait for all the steam to come out.
