INSTRUCTIONS: To enjoy a tasty and juicy product, it is recommended: Pan: over medium/low heat, add a tablespoon of oil and cook for 12 minutes, turning frequently. If thawed, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat after applying a tablespoon of oil. Air fryer: cook for 8 minutes at 175ºC. If thawed, cook for 6 minutes at 175ºC. STORAGE: Keep at -18 ºC.
