It is a potato with a round to oval shape, with very superficial eyes. The skin is smooth and thin, with a light yellow color, while the flesh is white. Its texture is firm to the touch and creamy when cooked. The quality for consumption is excellent, highlighting its dry matter content and maintaining its color, aroma, and flavor qualities when cooked.
They are grown in the region of A Limia, in Piñeira Seca, a village in the Concello of Xinzo de Limia. Due to the climatic conditions and the soil, along with the agricultural work they carry out, they manage to produce a product of EXCELLENT QUALITY.
To avoid mechanical damage, they go back to years ago, doing the harvest manually.
