• They are grown in the region of A Limia, in Piñeira Seca, a village in the Concello de Xinzo de Limia. Due to the climatic conditions and the soil, along with the agricultural work they do, they manage to produce a product of EXCELLENT QUALITY.

• To avoid mechanical damage, they go back to years ago, doing the harvest manually.
