Masala means "mixture". This is a blend of spices with an intense and aromatic flavor. Originally from northern India, ideal for vegetables, meats, fish, and seafood.
Usage suggestion, add a tablespoon to the sauté, stir and lightly toast without burning, then add the liquids. This way we will enhance the flavor of the food.
It is a salt-free blend.
Try it in: Legumes, meats, fish, seafood, and creams. We love it in lentils with vegetables.
Ingredients: Cumin, fenugreek, coriander, black pepper, mustard, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel, clove, cardamom, bay leaf.
