Gin Mare is considered the first authentic Mediterranean gin that is not linked to any type of local origin or denomination. It is made with eight different botanicals, including four of purely Mediterranean essence: basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey, Greek rosemary and Spanish citrus, although its main feature is the use of Arbequina olives in its production.
