Known as the "strawberry gin", the "pink gin", the "Sevillian gin" or the "gin of fashion". The creation of the Premium Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin was completely accidental: due to an error preparing a strawberry alcohol intended for pastry and mixology, it resulted in a pink gin with a strawberry flavor.
Created in the family-owned Los Alcores de Carmona company, it is a fruity gin made in stills with over 130 years of history, through a distillation process with olive wood fire and the use of probably the best strawberries in the world: the strawberries from Huelva.
It is a highly demanded gin for its smoothness and the taste of Huelva strawberries.
The Premium Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin is a fruity gin made in Seville using copper stills over 130 years old, in a slow distillation process marked by the fire produced with olive wood, going back to the distillation processes of the past.
As a result of the effort in developing products of maximum quality and backed by over a century of tradition in the production of beverages, this unique gin with a unique flavor and palate is born thanks to the Andalusian strawberries from the province of Huelva.
It is a gin with a smooth strawberry flavor. The strawberries used are carefully selected from the fields of Huelva and of very good quality.
Region: Seville, Andalusia, Spain.
Production: it is made using two copper stills (the oldest in Andalusia) and macerating the best fresh strawberries from Huelva in alcohol. The result is a very smooth paste. To avoid a strong strawberry taste, the strawberry paste is distilled together with wild juniper berries. This achieves a very smooth gin with an unmistakable strawberry flavor.
