With less than 10mg/kg of gluten and less than 5mg/kg of prolamins, this La Cibeles Session IPA tastes exactly the same as the rest of our beers but makes the hops an ingredient suitable for gluten intolerants. Moderate bitterness, well balanced with a preeminence of malts in the mouth (flavors that do not disappear when the gluten degrading enzymes work), natural and low carbonation, very easy to drink (alcohol content of 5.1%). The nose is enhanced with mango and resin aromas thanks to the Dry mono varietal hops
Indian Pale Ale style beers but lighter, refreshing, aromatic and low in alcohol content. Intense golden color and low carbonation, moderate bitterness but persistent and intense in tropical aromas and malts. Tasty beer ideal for any type of pairing at any time of the day
