Cervezas La Cibeles is the first craft beer brewery installed in the Community of Madrid. Born in 2010, its ingredients are 100% Madrilenian -even the malting is done in the town- and boasts of being made with the best water in the world, which is obtained from the Canal de Isabel II of Madrid.
