Detail of each combination:
One of the first stout-style beers brewed in Spain. Silver medal at the Japan championship.
The Cibeles Stout offers a combination of coffee and chocolate aromas. Due to its alcohol content, it will evolve in the bottle for several years. It has a medium-high body thanks to the use of oats and caramel malts in its production. Our Stout was one of the first to be brewed in Spain.
This style was popularized worldwide in Ireland. In English, it means robust or solid. It defines a beer with more body and more alcohol. The basic stout is an opaque black beer, with bitterness coming from roasted barley to which toasted barley malts are added. This style has little hops, so traces of coffee, toffee, cocoa, licorice, and caramel are perceived in aroma.
