David’s Ale is the beer of the master David Castro. Light Scotch Ale style, is an explosion of aromas of caramel and Toffee
The master's beer
David's Ale, as its name suggests, is a very personal revision of the Scottish style by our master brewer David Castro. A beer to unleash the senses. Upon opening, we will have an explosion of aromas of caramel and toffee, a feature that is transferred to a sweetness in the taste, with traces of raisins and nuts. Very little hoppy and, therefore, nothing bitter.
About Scotch Ale
Scotch ales are top-fermented beers with a greater intensity of flavour. The difference with the English is that, in its preparation, Scottish malts predominate. They usually have a range of colour from toasted to dark brown. Less bitter than the English ones, they have more body and the final perception in the mouth is that they are sweeter
