Goyo García Viadero Beâtum is a white wine made by the winemaker Goyo García Viadero with grapes of the Palomino Fino variety.
Goyo García Beâtum Blanco is born from Palomino Fino grape vines, cultivated with dedication in a centenary vineyard located in the Liébana Valley, at an altitude of more than 650 meters above sea level.
The uniqueness of this wine is revealed in its connection with the terroir, with roots immersed in slate and clay soils that confer character and complexity to the grape.Harvesting is carried out manually, highlighting the delicacy in the handling of the grapes, which are destemmed without crushing, thus preserving the integrity of the clusters. Malolactic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins, where meticulous pumping over and punching down are carried out, contributing to the full expression of aromas and flavors. The wine is then carefully aged for 18 months in used French oak barrels and finally bottled unfiltered, maintaining its authenticity and character.
Goyo García Beâtum Blanco presents itself in the glass with a beautiful golden yellow color, adorned with amber hues that suggest its evolution and maturity. On the nose, it reveals itself as an earthy and mineral wine, transporting the taster to the very essence of the Liébana Valley. Its medium structure is complemented by citrus and toasty notes, creating an aromatic palette that invites exploration.
On the palate, the wine exhibits admirable balance, with unpeeled white fruit aromas intertwining with a long, lingering finish. The characteristic dryness and medium but light body make this wine a refreshing yet complex experience.
Goyo García Beâtum Blanco is the manifestation of enological mastery, capturing the essence of the terroir and offering a unique sensory experience.
