Álvaro Palacios' Gratallops is a wine that demonstrates the great structure and potential of Prioratino wines, fresh wines with a personality very marked by the terroir, minerals and powerful.
Gratallops by Álvaro Palacios is a selection of grapes from the native varieties of Garnacha (80%) and Cariñena (20%) from the plots of Coll del Corral, Ermites, Torrent, Sorts-Les-Planes, Mas d'en Pallarès, Manyetes, Obagues, and Socarrats. Each place by its name, as it was done in the past. An aromatic, elegant wine, with a floral background, herbal notes, and a slightly earthy taste. Tasty, with plenty of ripe tannins and the necessary acidity to age beautifully in the bottle for several years.
