In Guímaro we bet with conviction by the ancestral methods, such as the fermentations with scratches or the tread of the grape, with the will to keep alive the flame of the tradition. In addition, it works in an ecological way, limiting the use of chemical substances and working only with used barrels, giving all the prominence to the magnificent grapes of the terraces of the Ribeira Sacra.
Guímaro Tinto is a cherry red colour. On the nose it is elegant and fruity. In the mouth it is very seductive, thanks to sweet tannins and a mature and tannic body.
