Each batch of Hanssens Oude Gueuze offers different aromas and flavours based only on the centuries-old know-how of the Hanssens family One, two and three year old lambic is blended and bottled, capped and stored in the cellar for secondary fermentation for more than one year.

Hanssens Oude Gueuze has a hazy golden colour with aromas of preserved lemons, vanilla and earth. The palate is strongly spicy and dry, opening up to a wonderfully complex display of citrus and damp earth in the middle. The finish is long and tangy, with a fruity finish. Pairs well with shrimp ceviche and avocado.
