No coloring, no preservatives, no additives. La Sablésienne is an artisanal and family-owned biscuit and chocolate shop created in 1962 and based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. The natural ingredients used (fresh butter, whole eggs, ...) are worked in a dough mixer. The biscuits are then shaped, placed, and browned on metal sheets before being slowly baked. After coming out of the oven, they cool at room temperature. Finally, the biscuits are hand-packaged in trays.
