Herbodiet Como un reloj de Novadiet is an infusion based on senna leaves and vitamins that help regulate intestinal transit. Senna leaves have a laxative effect that produces a greater movement of the colon and stool volume thanks to a partial inhibition of water absorption at the colon level, which allows better hydration of the stool. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, B2, B1, B12 and folic acid.

How to use:

Take 1 infusion per day. It is recommended to take at night. Put a filter bag in a cup, add boiling water and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Add sweetener to taste.
