Love for organic cava
“Paraje Calificado Vallcirera”
The winery has recovered vines over sixty years old and has planted traditional varieties such as Pansa Blanca and Mataró. All of this without losing their commitment to quality and uniqueness, as evidenced by the recognition of one of their plots with the most premium category in the cava sector: “Paraje Calificado”. This means that it is a unique product, the result of a special and specific place, a vineyard and estate that stands out from the rest due to its location and terroir characteristics.
Integral producer
In early 2022, the Pujol-Busquets Family received the Integral Producer quality seal from the Cava DO, which recognizes producers who make their wines 100% on their property – pressing and vinification – ensuring product traceability.

Tasting notes:
Appearance:
Alta Alella Laieta presents a bright golden yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles elegantly rising in the glass, forming a delicate crown. The clarity and intensity of the color give a first impression of freshness and finesse.
Aroma:
On the nose, this cava stands out for its elegance and complexity. It offers an initial impression of ripe fruits, such as green apple, peach, and citrus, accompanied by soft floral notes. After aeration, subtle bakery aromas appear, the result of bottle aging, adding additional complexity with hints of toasted almond and yeast. This aromatic profile reflects the long aging of the cava, usually between 18 and 24 months.
Palate:
In the mouth, Alta Alella Laieta is characterized by its freshness and balance. It has a smooth entry, with a fine and creamy bubble that caresses the palate. The acidity is well integrated, offering a sensation of freshness that remains throughout the taste. White fruit flavors blend with hints of nuts and a mineral aftertaste reminiscent of the coastal terroir of the Alella region, near the Mediterranean Sea. The finish is long and elegant, with a delicate touch of pleasant bitterness that invites you to continue enjoying.
