High Energy Gel has the Cologne List seal, it is an energy gel with cyclodextrin, to achieve a prolonged release of energy, with natural flavors and a high carbohydrate content (50g), 200 Kcal per gel. It also contains BCAAs to delay fatigue.

Directions for use

You can consume up to 2 sticks per hour during exercise with 300 ml of water as needed. Always stay hydrated.
