Directions for use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix 1 serving of 30 grams (1 level tablespoon) in 300 ml of cold water or skimmed milk and take once or twice a day, preferably after training. It is recommended to take Whey Amino Complex after training as this is when the body best accepts ingested nutrients and allows for faster recovery and increased protein synthesis. It is also advisable to take Whey Amino Complex in the morning to compensate for the energy consumption and catabolism caused by overnight fasting.
