These are blends of lambic from producers that belong to HORAL. HORAL stands for Hoge Raad voor Ambachtelijke Lambikbieren (High Council for Traditional Lambic Beers) and is a consortium of lambic beer producers who work together to promote lambic beers, brewing, and culture in Belgium.
During a weekend, every two years, all participating breweries hold an open house event called Tour de Gueuze with free tours, and this commemorative blend of young and aged Lambic is made by all HORAL members, a special Oude Geuze.
