This product has the properties of being a good biliary stimulant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antidepressant, sedative, antiseptic, astringent and healing. The most common use of hypericum is for the treatment of depression. The beneficial properties of the herb are apparently due to monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitory activity, a function that has been shown to inhibit nervous breakdowns by increasing brain chemical levels. Hypericum is also indicated for bronchitis, asthma, dyspepsia due to liver malfunction, menopausal neurosis, mild depression and urinary incontinence. In external use it can be applied to heal wounds.

How to use:

- Adults: Take 25 drops with a little water 3 times a day. - Children between 5 and 12 years: Half the dose of an adult. - Children under 5 years of age: Take 8 drops with a little water 3 times a day.
