Our 50% Iberian Field-Fed Acorn-fed Ham has been pampered from the beginning so that its final result does not leave anyone indifferent. A perfect choice for everyday use due to its great quality-price ratio. STORAGE AND EXPIRATION: Store it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight. Best before: 24 months. RECOMMENDATIONS: To preserve the characteristics of the ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, take it out of the cotton cover we send it in and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º. Save the first cut to use as a cover and prevent it from drying out. SHIPPING: In a cardboard box with the product wrapped in a cloth cover. WEIGHT: Whole pieces between 7 kg and 10 kg in weight.
