Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in the Salamanca meadows, and fed with 100% natural products, its curing in the shade of our Salamanca meadows provides it with a unique quality and exclusivity.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
To ensure that your ham retains its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, remove it from the vacuum packaging in which we send it to you and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

Whole pieces range between 7 kg and 10 kg in weight, which are deboned in several parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the deboning for complete use.
