Ham from acorn-fed Ibérico 50% ibérico pig breed fed with acorns in the mountains of Salamanca and with about 36 months of curing. The quality standards do not reach the denomination of origin, but are covered by the quality standards of an acorn-fed ibérico ham. Fat very well infiltrated and with a quality and aroma characteristic of the best acorn-fed hams
