Olalla Jamones Iberian Cular Chorizo is made using our tradition and our fantastic pigs. These belong exclusively to the Iberian breed, and their breeding and fattening in freedom in the Dehesas de Huelva and Extremadura based on products of the field, and a healing of 5 months in dryers and natural cellars results in an exquisite and unique Iberian product

Elaborated using tradition and with great respect for nature, the Iberian chorizo cular de Olalla is made from the best lean meat of the Iberian pig. It is also stuffed in natural casing and marinated with spices of the highest quality: De la Vera Denomination of Origin paprika, garlic and sea salt.

Conservation
