These palettes come from 50% Iberian breed pigs (crossbred Iberians) raised in semi-extensive conditions (semi-freedom in the field). The animals graze and live in the field, exercising and naturally feeding on cereals, although not in oak meadows with access to the acorn season, so the pieces are classified as field-fed.
