The Iberian Sirloin is a piece located between the spine and the lower ribs of the Iberian pig and extracted from the lumbar part of the animal presenting a characteristic fibrous texture and being one of the most known pieces by the general public.
Whole piece of prey of approximately 700/800 grams.
We freeze the meat and vacuum pack it, it is sent with express transport. UOnce received you must keep it in the fridge between 0º and 4º until the defrosting process is finished. Consume within 72 hours. Do not refreeze upon receipt.
