It is a mountain Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained directly from picual variety olives, grown in La Sierra De La Pandera and harvested in November and December, at their optimal ripeness, in veraison and processed using mechanical processes.
It presents peculiar fruity notes that evoke aromas of freshly cut grass and tomato, leaving a sensation of greenness and freshness in the mouth. Balanced and with a strong personality, a result of its origin environment.
