The organoleptic display begins with an intense aroma of green olives, freshly cut grass, and olive leaf. It is followed by fruity notes of tomato plant, fig tree, artichoke stem, green banana, and green almond, mainly. It finishes with hints of aromatic herbs and reminiscences of chlorophyll.

In the mouth, it presents an intense and complex fruity flavor that confirms what was perceived in the nose, with a refreshingly fresh entry and a balanced body between a medium bitterness and spiciness.
