Family farm, managed by Sara, eldest daughter of the family, located in Torres (Jaén). The farm is nestled in a beautiful mountainous landscape in the heart of Sierra Mágina at 1200m of altitude.
Part of the crop has been organic for more than 10 years and another part is in the process of conversion to organic for a year. We combine traditional methods with new agro-ecological research. We use pruning techniques that respect the tree, care and study of the soil, phytosanitary treatments that are not aggressive to the environment or to health. We maintain the virtues that cherries offer us naturally, with a picking and selection made by hand. We try to channel our product through specialized shops and private consumers aware of this type of cultivation, with a direct deal with the consumers of our fruit. We also grow other organic fruit and vegetables such as apples, pears, figs, figs, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, onions ... and as good people from Jaén, we also have traditional mountain olive groves, whose picual variety makes us produce extra virgin olive oil spicy and indisputable. .
