Temporarily out of stock

José Pariente Verdejo is a white wine made in the Rueda region. It is made from the Verdejo grape variety, native to the region and one of the most emblematic in the country. This wine is produced in the José Pariente winery, a family winery located in the town of La Seca (Valladolid). Founded in 1940, it specializes in the production of high-quality white wines.

In its production, after the harvest, the musts ferment in stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, and wooden vats. In some vinifications, depending on their acidity, there is a hint of malolactic conversion. The wines remain on their lees for 4 months. The blend is what characterizes the uniqueness and differentiation of this wine.

José Pariente Verdejo is characterized by being a bright and clean white wine, with pale yellow tones and a greenish reflection. Its aroma offers minerality from the stony soil of the area, combined with hints of fennel, anise, white fruit, and stone fruit. On the palate, it is a rich, sweet, and elegant wine, with a soft touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety. A complex, intense, and balanced wine.
