Julien Brocard Les Plantes Petit Chablis is a biodynamic white wine made from Chardonnay, grown in AOC Petit Chablis and crafted by Julien Brocard, who is part of the family owned Domaine Brocard. With 80 hectares of vineyards, Julien focuses on those worked under biodynamic practices to create his high quality range, called 7 Lieux, which includes 7 biodynamic wines highlighted by the 4 appellations of Chablis.
The parcels of Les Plantes Petit Chablis by Julien Brocard have adopted biodynamics since 1998, with 35 year old vines, harvested by hand to preserve the integrity of the grapes during the transfer to the winery.
Julien Brocard Les Plantes Petit Chablis is fermented with indigenous yeasts, and bottled without the addition of sulphites.
