Juve & Camps Milesime 2017

This Juve & Camps is a monovarietal Chardonnay grape. It is only produced when the additions are adequate and considered excellent. Juve & Camp Milésimé has its origin in the vineyards of Espiells. A very rustic vineyard with a poor soil and the lowest rainfall in the area: beneficial conditions for the development of the vineyard.

It is made following the traditional method that the family has applied for more than two centuries. Since we are talking about a reserve, this cava ages two years in bottle. The first sparkling cava of the house was produced in 1921. The beginning of this winery dates back to the last years of the thirteenth century. The first vines were planted in 1790.
