Very refreshing sweet and sour taste. - Gold kiwi: flattened shape, with a little crown at the end and smooth brown skin, the pulp is golden in color. Sweet taste. It stands out for its high fiber content and low calorie content. It is also rich in vitamin E and contains smaller amounts of vitamins C, B3, B6, B2, B1, and K, carbohydrates, and minerals such as potassium, iodine, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and sodium. It also contains folates, antioxidants, riboflavin, thiamine, and niacin. Due to its properties, it is beneficial for combating stress, has a diuretic and laxative effect, promotes intestinal transit and prevents constipation, combats hypertension and renal insufficiency, is beneficial during menopause and pregnancy, strengthens the immune system, is anti-inflammatory, helps prevent cardiovascular problems, and facilitates digestion. When buying kiwis, it is advised not to choose ones that are too ripe, as soft kiwis tend to have a taste deficit and even a bad flavor.
