Kripta Ubac Gran Reserva Brut UBAC refers to an estate located in the highest part of Penedès, where Parellada grapes are grown and used to produce a unique cava. This cava, known as Cava Brut Gran Reserva, stands out for being organic and vegan, made from 48% Macabeo, 19% Xarel-lo and 33% Parellada. It has an altitude of 500 metres and is harvested by hand. Kripta Gran Reserva Brut Ubac itself is fresh, with lingering bubbles and a pleasant aftertaste. It offers notes of white fruits and hints of Golden apple. It is smooth on the palate and is characterised by a perfect balance. Minimum ageing of 24 months. Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrup. Very well integrated carbonic, with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. Ideal for aperitifs, fish, white meats, cheeses and desserts.
