Bio kuzu is a plant starch used to thicken soups and stews, both in sweet and savory sauces, glazes, desserts, and cake fillings. It is obtained from Pueraria Lobata, a plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Instructions: Dissolve 1-2 dessert spoons of kuzu in a cup of cold liquid. Add it to soups, creams, or custards and cook over low heat until it becomes translucent. Stir slowly and constantly.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, for best preservation, keep the container tightly closed.
