Tasting Note L'alba del Mar

Brilliant pale yellow colour, with youthful steely rim, reflections of new gold with greenish traces.

Of remarkable intensity, primary aromas of white fruit appear in the foreground with hints of apple, apricot and fresh pear, intertwining with a tropical fruitiness such as pineapple and mango, on a well-defined background of spicy notes of vanilla.

It has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, lively acidity and assembled, treasures a d stacable weight of fruit in the center of mouth. Complex aftertaste, notes of white and tropical fruit, all of them on a spicy reminder of English cream.
