INSTRUCTIONS
Infusion (boil for a few moments) 3 or 4 leaves per cup. Let it rest for a few minutes, strain and drink 3 times a day before or after meals. Culinary use: season to taste. Topical use: Decoction (boil for 3 minutes) 5 leaves per cup. Use as mouthwash, gargle, or compress.
