LAXI ROBIS 25 FILTERS
INGREDIENTS:
Senna leaf cut infusion (Senna alexandrina Mill.) 46%, Fumaria aerial part cut infusion (Fumaria officinalis L.) 34%, Peppermint aerial part cut infusion (Mentha x piperita L.) 20%.
PROPERTIES:
Senna
Senna is a shrub or subshrub of the legume family. Its leaves are compound with 5 to 8 pairs of oval leaflets, the flowers are yellow, and the fruit is a flattened pod containing 6 to 8 seeds. Cassia angustifolia is also known as Indian Senna. The parts used are the leaves and fruits. Leaf or fruit preparations of senna are the most widely used laxatives in the world. Senna leaves and fruits contain 2%-3% of anthraquinone glycosides or anthracenosides, known as sennosides A and B, as well as mucilages and flavonoids that contribute to its laxative action. Sennosides are inactive in their natural state. They pass unchanged through the stomach and are partially absorbed in the small intestine, to be later eliminated with bile. Upon reaching the colon, they are chemically transformed by enzymes produced by intestinal bacteria that release the active principle of sennoside (genin).
Fumaria
Fumaria regulates bile flow. It is popularly used as a spasmolytic, digestive, cholagogue (stimulates bile secretion by the liver), and mildly laxative and diuretic. Fumarine exerts an antispasmodic and cholagogic action, regulating chronic intestinal disorders of biliary origin such as constipation. In a trial against placebo, a significant efficacy was observed with a success rate of over 70%, and absence of side effects. All publications confirm the interest of the plant in cases of dyspeptic disorders, particularly with functional digestive pains: epigastric swelling, slow digestion, aerophagia, flatulence, nausea, biliary disorders, and side effects linked to the intake of tranquilizers.
Peppermint
It contains 1% to 3% of an essence with a very complex composition with over 100 components, among which menthol stands out, responsible for most of its properties: digestive, carminative (relieves gas), cholagogue (stimulates bile secretion by the liver), antiseptic, analgesic, and tonic. It also contains flavonoids and phenolic acids that participate in the spasmolytic, cholagogue, and carminative action of the plant. Peppermint leaf is indicated in the treatment of disorders with spasms in the gastrointestinal region, gallbladder, and bile ducts. Gastroenteritis, gastric spasms, irritable bowel syndrome. Hepatobiliary colics.
INDICATIONS:
