The wine Laya is a young red wine that is made with grapes of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell that come from vineyards of the area of Almansa between 700 and 1,000 meters of altitude, planted in sandy soils with a high concentration limestone in its base.
The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then remain 4 months in French oak casks.
The Laya wine is cherry red, covered with a layer. Elegant, fresh and complex nose with floral notes and ripe fruit. On the palate it is pleasant and fresh, unctuous and enveloping.
