How to use it
- In infusion take a cup of fresh or dried green lemon balm leaves, 3 times daily for depression, nervous exhaustion, indigestion or nausea. Use a diluted infusion for children with chicken pox.
- In cream or ointment apply on sores, fever blisters, non-healing wounds or insect bites. In lotion add 1 ml (20 drops) of essential oil to 100 ml of water and you will get a lotion to be applied with atomizer on the skin as an insect repellent.
- In tincture, take 10-20 drops in water 3-5 times daily for depression, tension headaches and anxiety. It is preferable to make it with green leaves.
- In massage oil, add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of coconut oil and massage in for depression, tension, asthma or bronchitis; or gently dab on sores as soon as they appear
