L'Ermita 1999 - 75 cl

One of the highest rated Spanish wines. L'Ermita is one of the great oenological jewels of the Spanish scene with which Álvaro Palacios has managed to be at the top in terms of recognition. A limited, exclusive, intimate and harmonious wine. Its author defines it as "The emotion of classicism". As a curiosity, its coupage is mainly made from Garnacha and Samsó (Cariñena), although there is also a small percentage of white grapes grown in the same vineyard, such as Garnacha blanca, Pedro Ximénez or Macabeo.

Sight: Color cereza brillante.

Mouth: Sabor especiado, balsámico, con buena acidez, complejo y muy sabroso.

Nose: Aromas balsámicos, a especias dulces, hierbas de monte, fruta roja y fruta fresca.
