The essential oil of linden contained in this extract is a sedative of the nervous system, antispasmodic, diuretic (makes urinate), sudorific (makes sweat) and activates the defensive forces of the body. Linden extract is indicated in cases of nervousness, insomnia, colds, flu, headache and digestive spasms.

How to use:

- Adults: Take 25 drops with a little water 3 times a day. - Children between 5 and 12 years: Half the dose of an adult. - Children under 5 years of age: Take 8 drops with a little water 3 times a day.
