VALERIAN 60 CAPS 600 MG

The root of the valerian plant is used. Thanks to the combined action of all its compounds, it has been used since ancient times to calm the nerves, tachycardia, insomnia and migraines. It acts as a central nervous system sedative, anticonvulsant and sleep inducer. The alcoholic extract also acts against stomach pains. It is recommended in cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics or convulsions, headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms and menopause.

How to use:

The dose is highly variable, depending on the condition to be treated. For cases of insomnia, 2-3 pearls or capsules are recommended before bedtime. In cases of nervousness and hyperactivity, this dose can be increased up to four times throughout the day. Do not administer for long periods of time without breaks.
