WHITE WINE ALBARIÑO LUSCO
The white wine Albariño Lusco is made from albariño grapes 100%. It belongs to the D.O. Rías Baixas, within the subzone of Condado de Tea (Pontevedra). Made from grapes from grape growers located in Pazo de Piñeiro and As Neves, on granitic soils moderately acidic and deep. With constant monitoring of the vineyards, the grapes are harvested in 15 kilo boxes and hand-selected on the table, with cold maturation and alcoholic fermentation for 15 to 18 days at a controlled temperature, with ageing on fine lees for six months. It is clarified and cold stabilized, producing a limited edition of 45,000 bottles.
